If you have a child support case through our agency and are experiencing problems setting up or accessing your online account, please follow these instructions:

  • If you are experiencing problems setting up your account, it may be because our agency does not have your email address or date of birth entered correctly in the child support system or you may be using an incorrect individual child support identification number. Call (800) 248-1163 to verify and obtain this information. After your email address and date of birth are entered correctly in the child support system, you must wait until the next business day to set up your online account.
  • If you did not receive your PIN by email, please check your spam/junk email box. If the email is not there, call (800) 248-1163 to request a new PIN.
  • If you do not remember your password, click the “Forgot Password” link to verify your account. You will be required to answer the security questions you created.
  • If your password has expired or you do not know the answers to your security questions, call (800) 248-1163.
  • If are locked out of your account because you entered your username, password, CS ID number or date of birth incorrectly too many times, close your internet browser and wait 10 minutes before you try to access your account again. If you are still unable to access your account, call (800) 248-1163.
  • If you need to change the email address you used to set up your online account, email Kentucky Online Gateway (KOG) at koghelpdesk@ky.gov
